Please use the form below to order food, medicines or other products. Orders placed before 8.30pm on weekdays or 6pm on Saturday should be available for collection from the surgery by 4pm on the next working day (subject to stock availability).
Please note that medicines may be subject to review and a repeat examination required before collection. If this is the case we will endeavour to contact you by telephone as soon as practical the next working day.
